Watch: our textile designers on our Room with a View AW21 collection

Our newly launched Room with a View AW2021 collection takes inspiration from New Zealand’s iconic landscapes. 

These natural environments are observed through the lens of the abstract art genre. An exploration of contour, light, and texture reveals rolling hillsides, dense forests, and stretching plains.

The collection is further influenced by quintessential New Zealand adventures. Backcountry tramping to remote huts, the ubiquitous road trip, and holidaying in simple seaside baches.

The collection was brought to life in our Auckland studio and the homes of our textile designers during 2020’s level 4 lockdown.

We sat down with designers Imogen Tunnicliffe and Sophie Clapson to talk about their inspiration, favourite designs from the collection, and their childhood memories exploring New Zealand.
